Insurance Information
We are in participation with many insurance carriers and are preferred providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, ALL Kids, Southland, Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian, Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid and Principal.
You will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs if your insurance covers treatment. Insurance policies vary, and our team will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
Once treatment has started, our courteous team will file your insurance claims for you. All co-pays, deductibles and patient responsibility amounts are due at time of service. Remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
