Lauri M. Williams, DMD, PC

Dedicated to helping children achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles, Dr. Lauri Williams has been practicing since 2002. Dr. Williams earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University before attending dental school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

After obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, she completed a general practice residency at UAB Hospital and additional training in pedodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Dentistry and Children’s of Alabama. She completed training to treat special needs patients at the Sparks Center for Developmental Learning Sisorders. She has been involved in several working mission trips to provide dental care.

Dr. Williams maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to be up to date with the latest techniques and technological advancements made in pediatric dentistry. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, the Birmingham District Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Alabama Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Birmingham Pediatric Dental Society.

Outside the office, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her family.

Bianca

Bianca is is happily married and has a dog named Cooper. When the weather is nice, she goes hiking or kayaking. She enjoys a good book and a cup of hot coco. Above all she love spending time with friends and family.

Daisy

Daisy is a dedicated hygienist who takes pride in creating positive experiences for every patient. She enjoys time with her family and friends and values quality time outside of work. She spends much of her free time in Florence and loves traveling and shopping.

Katherine

Katherine is one of our amazing dental hygienists working with children and really caring about outcomes. She has two boys and spends her time being a mom. As the Dental Education Coordinator, she teaches oral hygiene care at schools and daycares. She enjoys singing and educating children on proper home care and hygiene

Kristi

I'm Kristi, I am a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for children's dentistry. I love providing quality care and ensuring every patient feels comfortable during their visit. I have been with this practice for 33 years. When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my family. My husband of 30 years, My 2 sons Noah and Nicholas and soon to be daughter in law Gracie. I love to travel and I am a very passionate Alabama Fan.

Stephanie

Stephanie is a new dental assistant who is passionate about oral health and providing excellent patient care. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and all my nieces and nephews. I love to travel and try new things. A fun fact about me is I love crime documentaries.

Tara

Tara joined our team in 2025. She has worked in the Medical field over 25 years, but has loved working in Dentistry now. She loves spending time with her Son, her two dogs Coco & Finn, her family and watching College Football (especially Alabama).

Tracy

I have been with Dr. Williams for 6 years as a hygienist and front desk scheduler. I have recently transitioned to the Practice Manager position in June. I have been in the dental field for 39 years. I have been married for 35 years and have a daughter and 2 sons. We now have 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. I love being around the water whether its the Lake or the Ocean. I have 2 dogs that are like our children. 100lb Aussie and a 11lb Yorkie/Maltese mix.

Toni

Toni has been with us since August 1984 and retired in 2022, but she remains available to help as needed. She is a great listener and keeps our patients smiling. Toni can dance in all different styles from ballet to West coast swing. She has two children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, a handsome grandson and beautiful new granddaughter whom she adores. She also enjoys visiting St. Martin, Anguilla and the beach. Her favorite restaurant to visit is Highlands Grill.
